Welcome
Welcome to my world.
I’m Robin Bobo,
poet, truth-teller, hood healer, and legacy builder.
This space is where art meets spirit, where strength meets storytelling, and where the hood finds its hallelujah.
Everything here is rooted in love, Blackness, and boldness. I create for the people. I give to the people. I write what I’ve lived and live what I believe.
Come in with open hands and leave with a full heart.

Meet Robin Bobo
Robin Bobo is a poet, speaker, and creative force who blends hood truth with spiritual fire. Born in Michigan and raised in Chicago, she brings her whole self to the mic. Black woman, mother, believer, and builder. Her work speaks to the ones who’ve carried too much and kept going anyway.
Robin is the founder of Think Tank Legacy, a nonprofit dedicated to arts, youth empowerment, and community voice. She’s also the creator of Ghetto Gospel, a bold brand that sits at the intersection of art, culture, and community healing. Through poetry, fashion, media, and live performance, Ghetto Gospel amplifies the sacred in the streets and centers voices that are too often ignored.
She’s a licensed master life coach, an HR director by profession, and a slam-winning poet with a heart for her people. You’ll find her words in books, at open mics, in boardrooms, and on stages around the world. She believes art should do more than entertain—it should liberate, affirm, and give back.
Fun fact? Robin wrote many of her first books on the CTA trains of Chicago, where chaos and inspiration intersect daily.
